Interfresh Limited Chairman - LISHON NGONIDZAISHE CHIPANGO
Lishon holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. Previously the Managing Director of Old Mutual Asset Managers and Old Mutual Properties, Lishon brings with him a wealth of finance knowledge spanning over 20 years. Lishon has extensive experience in financial and investment fields and is well networked in both private and public sectors especially in the financial services sector. He is also a member of Interfresh Limited's Remuneration Committee.

Taurai Makaure - Chief Operating Officer
Appointed as Chief Operating Officer in May 2005, Taurai holds a BSc (Hons) in Agri-Food Marketing and Business Studies from Harper Adams University in Shropshire, England. He has had extensive experience in the UK where he spent two years working in the fresh produce industry, involved with supermarkets and commission markets. Taurai joined the group in 1996 as the Retail Operations Manager of Wholesale Fruiterers, looking after special service delivery around the Harare suburbs. He rose through the Company ranks and was appointed Managing Director of Wholesale Fruiterers in 2001. He held this position until his appointment as COO and Executive Director of Interfresh Limited in 2005.

Richard K. Zirobwa (Non-Executive Director)
Richard is the Chairman of Interfresh Limited's board Remuneration Committee and the Chief Executive Officer of Art Corporation. He is at the helm of the company whose interests include paper and tissue manufacturing and converting, ink-based instrument production and automotive and tractive power batteries. These interests feature well-known corporate entities such as Softex, Fleximail, Eversharp, Mutare Board and Paper Mills and the Kadoma Tissue and Paper Mills, as well as Chloride. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Zimbabwe.

Mrs. Chipo Mtasa (Non Executive Director)
Chipo is the Chairperson of Interfresh Limited's Audit Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Tourism Group Limited, where she is responsible for the direction of this listed company with diversified interests in tourism. Previously, Chipo worked for Harare Sheraton Hotel and Towers as the Group Financial Director , where she was presented with the President’s Award in 2000.

Kenias Mafukidze (Non Executive Director)
Kenias
is a member of Interfresh Limited's Remuneration Committee and is a holder of BCompt and BCompt Honours degrees from the University of
South Africa. Kenias is also a holder of MBA in Finance program with
the University of Manchesterwith specialization in Mergers and
Acquisitions He is an accomplished financial practitioner who also has
depth of practical applications, Currently he is the Founding Chairman
and Chief Financial Architect of KM Financial Solutions Kenias has over
10 years experience in
the financial services industry having also trained and qualified as a
Chartered Accountant with then Price Waterhouse (now
PricewaterhouseCoopers). He has worked in Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Zambia
and South Africa in Group Treasury, Investment and Financial positions

Sydney Mtsambiwa (Non-Executive Director)
Sydney is a member of Interfresh Limited's Remuneration Committee and holds a Bsc Honors degree in Agriculture from the University of Sierra Leone, an Msc in Crop Protection from Reading University (UK) and has an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe. Sydney holds non-executive positions on the boards of Triangle Limited, Mkwasine Consortium,
Zimbabwe Sugar Sales and National Chemical Products Distillers of
Zimbabwe. He also sits on various boards regionally, including Sugar
Industry Botswana, Sugar Mark – Namibia, and Consolidated Sugar
Industries of Namibia. . He is currently the Executive Officer of Hippo
Valley Estates Limited.

Gabriel Chinembiri - Managing Director
Citrus Division
Gabriel joined Interfresh in April 1996 in Wholesale Fruiterers as a Retail Operations Manager, and stayed until 1997. He then rejoined Interfresh in November 2002, as a Commercial Manager of Mazoe Citrus Estates, and rose to the position of Operations Executive, a post that he held until September 2004, where he became the Executive General manager of Mazoe Citrus Estates. Gabriel oversees the Estate and crop production, engineering, sales and marketing, purchasing and transport. Gabriel has extensive knowledge and training, which he gained in the UK and the USA from 1987-1995. He attended Writtle Agricultural College in Essex, London where he completed a National Diploma in Commercial Horticulture. He then moved his sights onto Cornell University, USA where he successfully completed a Certificate in Produce Management and Operations. He has completed up to Part C of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (CIS).

Victor Thodhlana - Managing Director Trading Division
Victor holds a Bachelor of Science (Agriculture and Natural Resources) from Africa University and is currently studying for an Executive MBA degree with the National University of Science and Technology. He joined Interfresh at the end of 1996 as a buyer in the Mutare Branch of Wholesale Fruiterers (WF). After a short stint as a buyer in Harare in 1998 he moved back to Mutare as the Operations Manager before being promoted to Branch Manager WF Victoria Falls in November 2001. Victor was moved to WF Bulawayo in April 2004 as Branch Manager.He held this position diligently and turned the branch to a star performer within the Group serving the whole of the Matebeleland region. His excellent business leadership naturally prompted a promotion to his current position of Managing Director of the Group's trading division in April 2008.
